Eric is a native of Phoenix, AZ for over twenty years. He specializes in the sales and leasing of office and industrial properties in the Greater Phoenix Area. He currently represents nearly a million square feet of office and industrial property in the Valley for both private and institutional landlords. In addition to Landlord/Seller services, Eric also represents Tenants in lease relocations, renewals, and owner- occupied purchases. Eric prides himself on constant communication with his clients and keeping them well informed and educated throughout the transaction.
